Production Engineering

Inside the Production Department we design and keep the Building Strategy. Technical documentation reception, distribution and sending to the speciality centers are carried out here. Also are made work orders and necesary material tracking in the different productive processes.


SCHEDULING, MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Material tracking and control and its launching to the Work Centers.
  • Several Studies (Wiring, painting, piping…)
  • Stock list analysis (remainings, sales…)
  • Materials shipment coordination with suppliers.

WORK PREPARATION

  • Budget valuation and estimation of different production center jobs.
  • Work orders realization for each center which takes part of the production process. (Budgets and billing of materials).
  • Drawings control and revision documents: preparation, revision and preparation priorities.
  • Work centers and companies coordination for request generation.
  • To write up and to maintain the procedures, production methods and work instructions related to each area and responsibility.

BUILDING STRATEGY

  • We stablish, spread and make the processes tracking in every one of shipbuilding steps, the basic documentation necessary to carry it out and the main equipment needs.
  • Intermediate products are defined, that they are the ones in which the vessel will be decomposed. Modularization Strategy.
  • We realize production methods and/or installation procedures.
  • Proposals and approaches are impulsed and directed in order to improve productivity.
  • Tracking and control of approach itemization in work packages and launched hours prevision.
  • Carrying out of several studies.
